Pradip’s largest processing unit in Asia 50 Kms in the proposed SEZ
Pradip Overseas Ltd, an Ahmedabad-based Rs 658 crore textile company, is planning to set up Asia’s largest textile processing unit at its proposed special economic zone (SEZ) at Bhamasana village, 50 km from the city.
The company is to invest Rs 380 crore in setting up of the processing unit at the location which it plans to develop in phased manner. To part finance the new venture, Pradip Overseas is planning to come up with its public issue in six months.
